DESCRIPTION:
The DEI Extreme Heat Barrier provides robust heat protection in areas where high temperatures are present and problematic. It is made with an embossed 10 mil aluminum face bonded to 1/8" composite glass-fiber mat core and backed with a high temp pressure sensitive backing. The multifaceted modern aluminum surface offers improved reflectivity and rigidity that allows for improved reflectivity and easy installation. The DEI Extreme Heat Barrier is 3/16" thick and can be shaped or trimmed for a custom fit that is ideal for your machine.
The DEI Extreme Heat Barrier is an easy and cost effective solution to problem heat areas on your machine. Protect expensive components and passengers from burns and extreme sound. The material can be used on bodywork, exhaust shielding, engine compartments, floor plans, fuel cells, and exterior vehicle components.
The material is silver and a 10 mil. embossed aluminum with 1/8" glass mat composite core with high temp PSA. The temperature rating is 1200°F Continuous, 2000°F Intermittent.
