Return & Exchange Policy

Barker's Performance can only accept the following items for return with a full refund (excluding all shipping costs):
  • Brand new, unopened pipes purchased directly from Barker's Performance
  • Brand new, unopened pipes purchased from a Barker's Performance Authorized Dealer (see our Dealer List for Authorized Dealers)
  • Brand new, unopened accessories purchased from Barker's Performance

Barker's Performance can accept the following items for a partial refund (20% restocking fee):

  • Brand new, never installed pipes, open package purchased directly from Barkers Performance
  • Brand new, never installed pipes, open package purchased from a Barker's Performance Authorized Dealer
  • Barker's non-computer accessories that have not been installed (quiet cores, billet clamps, etc.)

Barker's is unable to accept a return or offer any refund on the following items:

  • Pipes installed on a machine at any time
  • Systems purchased from a non-authorized dealer
  • Fuel controllers that have been opened

Barker's is only able to offer an exchange under the following circumstances:

  • Buyer's remorse on brand new, never installed pipes (customer pays all shipping costs)
  • Barker's error in shipment

All returns are subject to inspection and approval. Upon inspection, if it is determined that a system has been run on a machine (signs of wear include gold pipes, scratched cans, etc), the customer will have the option of accepting a refund less a 50% restocking fee, or paying to have the system shipped back to them.
