QUOTE FROM BARKER'S SPONSORED RIDER:
"I installed it in only about 20 minutes... When I first took it out of the box, I could not believe how beautiful it was; truly a work of art... It went on seamlessly and fit perfectly... It has a low growl and produces power from low to high revs... I definitely could tell a difference..." -Steve Carver, ATV Expert & Barker's Sponsored Rider
THE FULL STORY:
Complete with confidence, comfort, and high performance, the Honda TRX 700XX is a beast! Pushing a 686cc, SOHC, 4-stroke engine, along with incredible handling and comfort, the Honda TRX 700XX will provide an insanely fun off-road experience every time! This fuel-injected bad boy is certainly a force to be reckoned with, whether it be on the trail or the track.
If you want to beef up your Honda TRX 700XX even more, install a Barkers Full Single Inframe Exhaust System. The Barkers Full Single Inframe Exhaust System delivers that deep, throaty Barkers sound you’ve been searching for all the while eliminating the unnecessary weight from the stock system. Gain horsepower over the entire power-curve and lose that sudden fall off your stock system experiences near redline, when you install a Barkers Full Single Inframe Exhaust System on your Honda TRX 700XX!
Each and every system produced at Barker's Exhaust is made from premium materials and hand-crafted right here in the USA! While most other after-market exhaust systems are mass-produced on automated assembly lines, Barker's exhaust systems are hand-welded one-by-one by skilled craftsmen. The head pipe portion of the Full Single Inframe Exhaust System is comprised of 304 stainless steel that is Tig-welded with seam-reduced interior surfaces for smooth flow. The can is made of 6061-grade aircraft aluminum. The can comes standard in a brushed aluminum finish, but you can also choose to have it powder-coated in a black finish. For a more customized look, you can choose either black, blue, red, or yellow Barkers tags. Billet clamps are provided with your purchase to harness your new system to your machine. Billet Clamp color options include black, blue, or red.
For additional features, the Barkers Full Single Inframe Exhaust System comes with two options. The first option is a Barkers Quiet Core Insert. The Barkers Quiet Core Insert is ideal when riding in those sound-sensitive areas and will reduce sound by up to 5 dB. With a loss of only .5 to 1.5 horsepower, you may want to ride with them all of the time. The second option is the Barkers Spark Arrestor. The Barkers Spark Arrestor will eliminate any flammable debris from escaping the exhaust and will help to keep our trails safe!
For serious riding, we highly recommend purchasing a fuel controller for your new system. A fuel controller will drastically improve the way your new exhaust system and Honda TRX 700XX perform. As your new system will require the added fuel flow, a fuel controller is essential for your TRX 700XX to perform at its best. For optimal results, your dealer or a skilled technician should program the fuel controller before installation. We recommend using an EHS Racing EFI Fuel Controller, as they come pre-mapped for your machine. You can learn more about the EHS Racing EFI Fuel Controller here. If you are interested in learning more about why you should purchase a fuel controller, please feel free to call us! We promise you will talk to a real person who knows all about it!
MAINTENANCE:
We recommend that you monitor and check the packing in your muffler after every ride. The length and time your packing will last will vary depending on how and where you ride. When you first notice any sign of the packing depleting within the can, it's time for a repack. Packing will wear out slowly over time, starting at 100% packed. It is normal for an absorption-style high-performance muffler to lose packing, but once you lose more than about 10-15% of your packing, it will deplete faster and faster since it can now move around in the can. It is imperative that you do not allow the packing to deplete too far. If your muffler becomes very loud or you hear rattling around inside the can, you have completely depleted the internal packing and should not ride the machine until the muffler is repacked with a fresh pillow. Order new packing before you need it!
The Barker's Exhaust Complete Repack Kit is designed to make repacking your Barker's Exhaust Can simple.
