A Barkers Full Single Exhaust System will increase overall performance by increasing horsepower and torque across the entire power curve. Eliminate that sudden fall-off that occurs near redline with the stock exhaust system when you install a Barkers Full Single Exhaust System. Not only does the Barker Full Single Exhaust System weigh less than the stock exhaust, it will deliver that deep, throaty sound you've been searching for!
All of Barkers Exhaust Systems are hand-crafted right here in the USA from premium materials. While most other after-market exhausts are mass-produced from automated assembly lines, Barker's Exhaust systems are hand-welded one-by-one by skilled craftsmen. The head pipe portion of the Full Single Exhaust System is 304 stainless steel that is Tig-welded with seam-reduced interior surfaces for smooth flow. The can is comprised of 6061-grade aircraft aluminum and comes standard in a brushed aluminum finish. For a more customized look, you may also choose to have your can powder-coated in a black or red finish. Further enhance the look of your new system by selecting which color Barker's tag you would like. Barker's tag color options include: black, blue, red or yellow. To harness your new system to your machine, a strap kit is included with your purchase.
For serious riding, we highly recommend purchasing a fuel controller for your new system. A fuel controller will drastically improve the way your new exhaust system and Honda CRF450R perform. As your new system will require the added fuel flow, a fuel controller is essential for your Honda to perform at its best. For optimal results, your dealer or a skilled technician should program the fuel controller prior to installation. Barker’s Exhaust provides a warranty on all exhaust systems for 1 year from the date of purchase to the original purchaser of the exhaust system. The warranty covers all manufacturing defects not caused by consumer damage.
Discoloration and blueing of exhaust pipes and mufflers are a natural result of tuning characteristics and not caused by a defect in manufacturing. Finishes with discoloration or rust due to inclement weather conditions and exposure to salt or chemicals are not covered.
Exhausts that are damaged by misuse, improper installation, modifications, incorrect tuning, impact, or crash damage will not be covered by the warranty. Exhausts that have incurred damage as a result of not being properly maintained or a lack of maintenance by the customer are not covered. Barker's reserves the right to determine whether the terms of this warranty have been voided. Exhaust systems that are not covered by warranty can be repaired by Barker’s Performance at the owner’s expense.
