Left alone, the YFZ450R is a pretty rad machine. A few modifications, however, can lead to some powerful results in terms of performance. The Fuel Customs Intake System is a relatively simple modification that will greatly benefit your machine and its overall performance. It's no wonder that big names like Chad Weinen, 5-time National ATV MX Championship winner, choose to run this intake on his machine.
Fuel Customs created this intake system with over a year of research, development, and testing. What they created was a real winner for increasing horsepower, torque, and throttle response across the entire rpm range. Their high-flow box and intake tube surpass anything on the market.
We have found that the Fuel Customs Intake System, coupled with our Single Exhaust System for the YFZ450R, plays very well together.

Barker’s Exhaust provides a warranty on all exhaust systems for one (1) year from the date of purchase to the original purchaser of the exhaust system. The warranty covers all manufacturing defects not caused by consumer damage.
Discoloration and blueing of exhaust pipes and mufflers are a natural result of tuning characteristics and not caused by a defect in manufacturing. Finishes with discoloration or rust due to inclement weather conditions and exposure to salt or chemicals are not covered.
Exhausts that are damaged by misuse, improper installation, modifications, incorrect tuning, impact, or crash damage will not be covered by the warranty. Exhausts that have incurred damage as a result of not being properly maintained or a lack of maintenance by the customer are not covered. Barker's reserves the right to determine whether the terms of this warranty have been voided. Exhaust systems that are not covered by warranty can be repaired by Barker’s Performance at the owner’s expense.
