ECU Flash Service
To unlock the full potential of the Big 3 upgrade, you’ll need to send us your stock ECU. After you place your order, we’ll email simple shipping instructions. Once we receive your ECU, our technicians reflash it with custom fuel and ignition mapping that perfectly matches the Barker’s Dual Exhaust and Fuel Customs Intake. Turnaround time is typically just a few business days, so you can get back to riding quickly with optimized power and throttle response. (Note: This does not come with a new ECU.)
Fuel Customs Intake (Box Delete)
The Fuel Customs Intake eliminates the restrictive stock airbox and intake tube, replacing them with a free-flowing design that feeds your throttle body far more efficiently. This proven system dramatically improves airflow, delivering crisp throttle response and impressive horsepower gains.
Why “Big 3” - Maximum Performance
In ATV performance, Big 3 refers to the three most effective bolt-on upgrades—exhaust, intake, and ECU flash. Together, they provide the best horsepower-per-dollar improvement without the need for internal engine work. By pairing Barker’s lightweight Dual Exhaust with the high-flow Fuel Customs Intake and our custom ECU flash, we’ve created a simple, reliable package for 10+ horsepower gains.

Barker’s Exhaust provides a warranty on all exhaust systems for one (1) year from the date of purchase to the original purchaser of the exhaust system. The warranty covers all manufacturing defects not caused by consumer damage.
Discoloration and blueing of exhaust pipes and mufflers are a natural result of tuning characteristics and not caused by a defect in manufacturing. Finishes with discoloration or rust due to inclement weather conditions and exposure to salt or chemicals are not covered.
Exhausts that are damaged by misuse, improper installation, modifications, incorrect tuning, impact, or crash damage will not be covered by the warranty. Exhausts that have incurred damage as a result of not being properly maintained or a lack of maintenance by the customer are not covered. Barker's reserves the right to determine whether the terms of this warranty have been voided. Exhaust systems that are not covered by warranty can be repaired by Barker’s Performance at the owner’s expense.
