BARKER'S ENGINEER COMMENTS:

This Full Dual Exhaust ran all of 2015 on our Sponsored Rider Matt Corder's Machine. Matt runs in the IATVHSS and KCORRA series. About mid-season, we tore down the system and found a few small things we did not like. Matt was still happy but it gave us the opportunity to improve on it that much more.

The result is a very well tested system that we are very excited to offer to RZR 900 riders. There are a lot of factors in Dyno Testing UTV's with CVT clutches, though in our testing we are finding a 5hp (10%) average gain all over and closer to 7hp (14%) in certain areas. Testing was done on a Mustang Dyno with a PC5 properly mapped. Review our Dyno chart to see Speed over Time and Total Power.

The system mounts neatly under the stock plastics and requires no modifications to your machine. Unfortunately, the new plastics on the rear of the RZR cover our cans, and we feel that some people will cut their plastic to show them, but we wanted to make sure you could mount with zero modifications to your machine.

THE FULL STORY:

With unbelievable power and handling the RZR 900 is a definite win for Polaris. With more power, better suspension, and finer attention to detail than it’s predecessor (RZR 800) the RZR 900 has proven itself to be a serious contender on any trail or track.

The RZR 900 is a ripper, and with small modifications like installing a new exhaust, you can take on even more. With help from our sponsored rider Matt Corder, we were given the unique opportunity to thoroughly develop and test our Full Exhaust for the Polaris RZR 900. Though we were pleased with our initial results, we broke down the system at mid-season to make a few adjustments. The results achieved were well worth the time and effort. Installing a Barker's Full Dual Exhaust System on the Polaris RZR 900 will increase overall power and performance. After testing the Full Dual Exhaust, we found a 5hp (10%) average gain all over and closer to 7hp (14%) increase in certain areas. Designed to bolt in easily, installing a Barker's Full Dual Exhaust System is a sure way to achieve even greater power and performance.

The Barker's Full Dual Exhaust System for the Polaris RZR 900, like all of our exhaust systems, is handcrafted from premium materials. Every Barker's Exhaust System is hand welded here in the USA. The exhaust pipe portion of the Barker's Full Dual Exhaust System is made of 304 stainless steel that is Tig-welded with seam-reduced interior surfaces for smooth flow. The cans are crafted from 6061-grade aircraft aluminum.

The Barker's Polaris RZR 900 exhaust system comes fitted with a black Barker's Exhaust tag. These duals also come with a complete billet aluminum machine strap kit to harness your new system to your machine. The system is designed to mount to your machine with zero exterior modifications.

Other accessories you might want to consider for your new exhaust system include the Power Commander V Fuel Controller, DynoJet Autotune Module, and the Barkers Quiet Core Insert. Barker’s highly recommends that you install a fuel controller to run alongside your new system, as it will maximize the performance of your exhaust. We recommend the Power Commander V Fuel Controller because we have already mapped it specifically for your Polaris RZR 900 when fitted with the Barkers Full Dual Exhaust System. This fuel controller has proven to deliver the ideal fuel-to-air ratio time and time again with our exhaust systems.

At Barker's, we have an extreme amount of dedication and respect for the off-road lifestyle. And we understand that owning and maintaining a performance vehicle is no joke. That is why you can expect only the best in Barker's craftsmanship and design. All Barker’s exhaust systems carry a limited one-year warranty against defects in workmanship and/or materials. See Barker's Terms & Conditions.

MAINTENANCE:

We recommend that you monitor and check the packing in your muffler after every ride. The length and time your packing will last will vary depending on how and where you ride. When you first notice any sign of the packing depleting within the can, it's time for a repack. Packing will wear out slowly over time, starting at 100% packed. It is normal for an absorption style high-performance muffler to lose packing but once you lose more than about 10-15% of your packing it will deplete faster and faster since it can now move around in the can. It is imperative you do not allow the packing to deplete too far. If your muffler becomes very loud or you hear rattling around inside the can you have completely depleted the internal packing and should not ride the machine until the muffler is repacked with a fresh pillow. Order new packing before you need it!

The Barker's Exhaust Complete Repack Kit is designed to make repacking your Barker's Exhaust Can simple. *NOTE: If you have a dual system you will need to purchase 2 repack kits.

Suggested add-ons: Power Commander V Fuel Controller; Quiet Core Insert; Spark Arrestor; AutoTune
