Barkers' Exhaust Systems are comprised of premium materials that are hand-welded right here in the USA. The head pipe is made of 304 stainless steal that is Tig-welded with seam reduced interior surfaces for smooth flow. The can is comprised of 6061 grade aircraft aluminum and comes standard in brushed aluminum. With your purchase of the Barkers Single Slip on Exhaust for the Yamaha Phazer, a riveted aluminum Barkers tag and a removable aluminum heat shield is included.
We recommend one also consider purchasing our Quiet Core Insert. The Barkers Quiet Core Insert will decrease sound by up to 5 dB and is ideal for off-course riding.
For serious riding, one should also consider purchasing a fuel controller along with your new exhaust system. A fuel controller, like the EFI Fuel Controller from EHS Racing, will provide the right amount of fuel flow to keep your Yamaha Phazer performing at it's best.
